SUMMARY:Next Generation Farmer Fund
DESCRIPTION:The National Young Farmers Coalition is excited to announce the Next Generation Farmer Fund\, a $1 million+ initiative providing direct financial support and technical assistance to beginning farmers and ranchers under the age of 40 who are stewarding land through sustainable farming practices. \nThe Next Generation Farmer Fund will provide $10\,000–$50\,000 grants\, including conservation technical assistance\, to young farmers and ranchers across the country. Projects may focus on soil health\, water management\, energy use\, and biodiversity and should make a meaningful impact on both the farm or ranch operation and the land. \nThis program is made possible through a $500K dollar-for-dollar match from Whole Foods Market\, which is available until November 30\, 2026. We are currently seeking additional partners and donations to help us meet this match. \nIf you are an organization interested in partnering\, sign up below or reach out to donorsupport@youngfarmers.org. As an individual\, you can chip in using the donation form below or mail a check to the National Young Farmers Coalition at PO Box 1074\, Hudson NY 12534. \nLearn more and apply here!
