Covers 100% of costs for planting native trees and shrubs along salmon-bearing streams, or waterways that drain into salmon-being strreams. Maintenance costs are also included, and landowners may be reimbursed for livestock exclusion fencing, livestock watering facilities, and in some cases livestock crossings.
