Cover crop seed costs are reimbursed with no minimum or maximum acreage. All acreage must be located in Skagit county. Seed selection must meet local and state regulations, and producers must work with Skagit Conservation District to develop a termination plan. Established cover crops can be grazed or chopped for forage. Producers must certify cover crop germination and establishment in order to receive reimbursement.
