Producers all across Eastern Washington can apply for low interest loans to purchase agricultural equipment that assists with direct-seeding, precision fertilizing, or residue management. Applicant must verify a 25% down payment on implements before loan is distributed. Loan length ranges from 5 to 10 years.
Must farm within the boundaries of one of the following conservation districts in eastern Washington: Adams, Asotin, Benton, Columbia, E. Klickitat, Foster Creek, Franklin, Grant, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pine Creek, Palouse, Palouse-Rock Lake, Pomeroy, S. Douglas, Snohomish, Spokane, Stevens, Walla Walla, and/or Whitman. Eligible districts in Idaho include Benewah, Idaho County, Koootenai-Shoshone, and Latah.
