EQIP funds available for producers to transiton to organic or to improve their organic operations. Funding comes as both an implementation payment, and as annual incentive payments for up to 5 years.
Particpitation in, or exemption from the National Organic Program is required. Assistance in developing an Organic System Plan or conservation plan is provided as part of the program.
