Up to $3,000 grants available for manure producers in priority water quality watersheds in Whatcom County, to implement eligible best management practices (BMPs) such as fencing, heavy use area protection, and manure storage.
Must be in Whatcom County in coastal watersheds (Nooksack River, Drayton Harbor, Birch Bay); complete a site assessment; and develop a Farm Plan with Whatcom CD.
