Voluntary easement program that compensates property owners for relinquishing development rights on the land, keeping the land as working farmland, working forestland, or important ecosystem areas in perpetuity.
The property must be at least one acre, and be located within an Agricultural, Rural, Rural Residential, or Rural Forestry zoning designation.
