Spokane Conservation District, Adams, Asotin, Benton, Central Klickitat, Columbia, East Klickitat, Foster Creek, Franklin Grant, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pine Creek, Palouse, Rock Lake, Pomeroy, South Douglas, Snohomish, Stevens, Walla Walla, Whitman

Producers all across Eastern Washington can apply for low interest loans to purchase agricultural equipment that assists with direct-seeding, precision fertilizing, or residue management. Applicant must verify a 25% down payment on implements before loan is distributed. Loan length ranges from 5 to 10 years.

Eligibility

Must farm within the boundaries of one of the following conservation districts in eastern Washington: Adams, Asotin, Benton, Columbia, E. Klickitat, Foster Creek, Franklin, Grant, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pine Creek, Palouse, Palouse-Rock Lake, Pomeroy, S. Douglas, Snohomish, Spokane, Stevens, Walla Walla, and/or Whitman. Eligible districts in Idaho include Benewah, Idaho County, Koootenai-Shoshone, and Latah.
